A serviceman with the consequences of a gunshot trauma to the left hip (a defect of the bottom and the anterior-upper edge of his acetabular cavity, incorrect fusion of ilium on the left) after a successful surgery at the premises of Lviv Clinical Hospital of the State Border Service of Ukraine. Arthroplasty of the left hip using a customized 3D-printed acetabular system (ice cream cone type). The surgery was made using an individual navigation system.
